Getting Started with Your Luxeia Smart Home

Getting Started with Your Luxeia Smart Home

Welcome to your Luxeia Smart Home! This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to get up and running with your new system.

What's Included in Your Luxeia System

Your Luxeia Smart Home package typically includes a central smart hub, one or more smart devices (such as lighting, heating, or window treatment controllers), and access to the Luxeia mobile app. All devices are pre-configured to work together out of the box.

Step 1: Connect Your Smart Hub

Place your Luxeia smart hub in a central location in your home, ideally within range of your Wi-Fi router. Plug it into a power source using the supplied cable. The hub's LED indicator will flash while it searches for a connection.

Step 2: Download the Luxeia App

Download the Luxeia app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Create your account or log in if you already have one, and follow the in-app setup wizard to connect the hub to your home Wi-Fi network.

Step 3: Add Your Devices

Once your hub is connected, the app will automatically discover any Luxeia devices in your home. Tap "Add Device" if a device isn't detected automatically, and follow the on-screen instructions to pair it.

Step 4: Organise by Room

Group your devices by room for easier control. In the app, go to Settings > Rooms, tap "Add Room", name it (e.g. "Living Room"), and assign the relevant devices to it.

Step 5: Set Up Automations

Once your devices are organised, explore the Automations section of the app to create schedules and scenes — for example, turning lights on at sunset or adjusting your heating when you leave home.
